Pistol Permits

The Pistol Permit Office is open for walk-ins Mondays 10:00 am - 2:00 pm and

Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays from 8:30 am - 1:45 pm and 3:00 pm to 4:15 pm

The fee for the Application is $15.00 each and you must have EXACT CHANGE, CASH ONLY

Please do not use this link to schedule fingerprints. You will be scheduled for fingerprints upon turning in a completed application.

The Pistol Permit Office regular hours are Tuesday thru Thursday, 8:30 AM to 1:45 PM and 3:00 PM to 4:15 PM., and is closed on Fridays and Holidays.

All questions concerning :

1) Application for a new license

2) Upgrade of a current license

3) Transfer either into or out of this county

4) Amendments to a current license (buy/sell)

5) Co-registering of weapons

Fees involved in acquiring a permit are as follows are to be paid with CASH ONLY: Applications MUST be purchased in the CCSO Pistol Permit Office, we do NOT accept forms downloaded from the internet.

Fingerprints: $ 107.00

Amendments: $ 3.00

Purchase Coupon: $ 1.00

Transfers: $5.00
