The Civil Division serves legal mandates; District Attorney subpoenas, Family Court papers, summons, Income and Property Executions.  In addition, Warrants of Removal signed by a Judge are served.  Money are received and dispersed on Executions.  Over an estimated $1,000,000 per year is handled by the Civil Division with approximately 4,100 legal papers being received.  Civil Office Clerk is Diane Brown.  Civil Office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.  Telephone 607-737-2949.
