2025 Service, Fees and Mileage Rates

Fees are required in advance.  Checks (no personal checks) Money Orders, Cash & Credit/Debit Cards accepted.

Summons or Subpoena

Fee:                                        $20 plus mileage (3 copies per person)

Citations, Orders & Other Mandates 

                Fee:                                        $55.00 plus mileage (3 copies per person)

14 Day Notice/30 Day Notice to Tenant

                Fee:                                        $40.00 plus mileage (3 copies per person)

Notice of Petition and Petition

                Fee:                                        $60.00 plus mileage (4 copies per person)

·         Additional fees will be billed for certified mailings, where required

Eviction

                Fee:                                        $107.00 for the 1st person plus double mileage fees (Original plus 4 copies)

·         Additional fees will be billed for certified mailings, where required.

·      Each additional tenant $30.00

Income Executions

                Fees:                                       $120.00 for 1^st and 2^nd stage combined.  (Original plus 5 copies)

·         Service cannot be directed to a PO Box.

Service:                                  1^st Stage Execution ($60.00)

·         Service on debtor by certified mail or by Deputy

·         If debtor is no longer at address indicated on paperwork, subsequent attempts for service will be subject to a mileage fee based on the zip code of the new location. 

                                                2^nd Stage Execution ($60.00)

·         Service on ANY employer in New York State per CPLR 5231 by certified mail or by Deputy

·         2nd Stage Municipality Fee – If the 2^nd stage execution is for service on a municipality or a School District, a separate check for $2.00 made payable to that entity must be included.

·         Include with execution: 2 copies of Exemption Notice and 3 copies of Exemption Claim Form.

Vehicle

      Fee:                                  $95.00 plus mileage

·         Vehicle Title Record from the DMV is required

·         Balance due to any Lien Holders is required

·         Advanced towing and storage fees $600.00

Order of Attachment

       Fee:                                 $90.00 plus mileage (Original plus 4 copies per person)

·         Additional Levy:  $40.00 plus mileage (4 copies per person)

Order of Seizure

       Fee:                                 $175.00 plus mileage (Original plus 4 copies per person)

·         Additional Service:  $40.00 plus mileage (4 copies per person)

Posting of Sale

       Fee:                                 $20.00 plus mileage per posting
